Online Store | Terms of Sale, Payments, Delivery and Returns

  • Backup devices:
    All devices listed under ‘Backup’ category are Brand New and come accompanied with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Existing data recovery clients wishing to purchase a backup device please choose ‘Backup device’ under ‘Product Categories’ from right sidebar and continue to checkout and please remember to then provide order number on your support ticket. Alternatively, existing data recovery customers may choose to note Item ‘SKU, Product Title, Model,Capacity’ and include this information on their support tickets. Cost of the purchase will be added to your final invoice.

    Printed Circuit Boards (PCB):
    Printed Circuit Boards from Western Digital, Seagate, Samsung and Hitachi. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure compatibility with purchased PCBs. All PCB products are excluded from our return/refund policy. These parts are sourced from other equipment and tested beforehand to ensure functionality. Most Printed Circuit Boards purchased from us will require firmware transfer to enable compatibility with client’s damaged devices (for data recovery). Graffs data recovery DO NOT offer this service on its own. Client is solely responsible for matching compatibility and transfer of firmware to a purchased PCB device.

    All other categories and devices:
    Devices listed elsewhere in other categories will have condition clearly marked and described. These may range from New to Grade A, B, C and untested. Please view individual listing for information.

    Registration:
    Registration on Graffs data recovery ‘Online Store’ is optional. For customers not wishing to register should use guest checkout to complete the payment.

  • Payments:
    For all online store checkout, transactions are carried out by our merchant PayPal(UK). No payment information is collected or stored by Graffs data recovery except order information provided to us by PayPal. Transaction reference on bank statements will appear as ‘GDATAUK’

  • Delivery:

    Free Economy UK delivery is available for all orders. There’s no minimum purchase requirement on our online store.

  • Printed Circuit Boards:
    All PCB products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure correct compatibility before placing an order. However, PCB orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing us.

    Unwanted products:
    An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online or over the phone.

    Damaged and faulty products:
    If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 0844 812 5745 or by emailing us on [email protected] We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible upon return of item. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

    Cancellation:
    If you decide to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call 0844 812 5745 or email [email protected] to inform us whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling. Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation. If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund.
